Go to Settings → Email in the app. You can connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP-compatible email. For Gmail, you'll need to create an App Password. We provide step-by-step instructions in the docs.
Yes. The Accounting module supports CSV, Excel (.xlsx), and PDF bank statement uploads. Our AI automatically classifies transactions into categories like Salary, Rent, Utilities, Travel, and more. You can also manually reclassify any transaction.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each customer's data is isolated in its own database schema. We never use your business data to train AI models. See our Security page for full details.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in the app. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Yes. Our Medical Billing module is designed with HIPAA in mind. You must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us before processing Protected Health Information (PHI). Email compliance@devtechrpa.com to request a BAA.
Yes. DevTech RPA ships as a fully containerized Docker Compose stack (ASP.NET Core 9 + React + PostgreSQL + Redis + RabbitMQ). Enterprise customers can self-host. Contact sales@devtechrpa.com for self-hosting licensing.
We use OpenAI GPT-4 and Anthropic Claude for AI features. The platform has an AI router that selects the best model for each task. You can configure your preferred provider in Admin → Settings. Bring-your-own-key support is planned for Q3 2026.
