Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. We retain only billing metadata (plan type, subscription status, Stripe customer ID).

You may upload files, emails, and business records to automate workflows. This data is stored securely in your tenant's isolated storage and is never used to train AI models or shared with other customers.

- Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred with appropriate notice
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion for backup and audit purposes. Billing records are retained for 7 years per financial regulation requirements. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing privacy@devtechrpa.com.
